Q: What is OfficeSearchOnline.com?
A: OfficeSearchOnline.com is an online advertising service.
We provide advertising space for individual owners or property management
that have commercial real estate for lease.

Q: How do I place a
new ad?
A: - Placing a ad is quick and
simple. Follow these steps:
- Click on the Login/Register link at the top of the page.
- If you are a new user,
you will need to register for an account. Registering is simple, just
enter in your information and click on the "Register" button.
Existing users, you will just need to Log-in.
- After you Log-in, you will
be taken to the "My Listings" page. Here you will need to
click on the "List New Property" link at the top of the page.This
will take you to the listing information page for the ad.
- On the Listing Information
Page, select your property type (office, retail, or industrial), select
your state, and select your ad plan. When
you are finished, click on the continue button. This will take you to
the Property Information page.
- On the Property Information
page, enter in all the property information. If you do not the information
requested, then skip it. You can edit the ad at a later time. When you
are finished, click on the "Preview" button at the bottom
of the page. This will take you to the Preview page.
- On the Preview page, you
can review the ad to ensure that the information is correct. If there
are errors, you can click the "Go Back & Make Changes"
button at the bottom of the page. If the information is correct, click
on the "Save & Continue" button. This will take you to
the Photo Upload page.
- On the Photo Upload page,
you have the opportunity to upload up to 10 photographs or floor plans
for the property. Information on how to upload, edit, and delete photos
can be found on that page. If you do not have any photos to upload at
this time, you can always upload them later. When you are finished,
click on the "I'm Done Pay Now" button to go to the shopping
cart.
- At the Shopping Cart, you
will have a chance to review the charges. On this page, you can preview
the ad or upgrade your ad package chosen. When you are finished, click
on the "Pay Now" button. This will take you to the Billing
Information page.
- On the Billing Information
page, enter in your credit card exactly as it appears on the credit
card. When you are finished click "Submit". Your credit card
will now be charged and your ad placed online immediately.

Q: How can I find my ad?
A: Log in to your account. You will be on My Ads page listing all of your
active and not-active ads. |

Q: How do I edit or renew my ad?
A: To edit an ad: In the right column labeled Action you will see
an "Edit Ad" button on the line of the ad. Click that button
and this will take you to the Edit Ad page. Make the changes you would
like to make and when you are finished, click the "Save" button
at the bottom of the page.
To renew an active ad:
Find the ad in the active ad listings. On the row of the ad in the Current
Status column, click on the "Renew Ad" button. This will place
the ad in the shopping cart and redirect you to that page. Review the
charges and click the "Pay Now" button. This will take you to
the billing information page. On the Billing Information page, enter your
credit card information exactly as it spelled on your credit card and
click the "Submit" button. Your ad is now renewed. |

Q: How do I make an ad inactive or delete it?
A: Ads that expire without being renewed, will become not-active ads.
They will not appear in the public listings any longer but are accessible
from the "My Properties" page in your account. To make an ad
inactive, click on the De-activate button associated with that ad. You
should only do this if you are sure you have leased the property or no
longer wish for it to be listed. Once an ad is de-activated, you will
have to pay the new ad price to activate it again.
To Delete an ad: click on the
Delete button associated with that ad. Once an ad is deleted, it cannot
be brought back. You should only do this if you no longer own or manage
the property. |

Q. I cannot see my ads when I login, I searched but they don't come up.
A. If you are having trouble viewing your ads when you login,
then the trouble may be with your internet security software. This is
a known issue with the Norton Internet Security. We are currently working
on a way to resolve the issue, but to solve the problem now, please give
this a try:
1. Open the Norton Internet Security software.
2. On the left side of the screen you will see an Anti-spam tab. Click
this tab to open it.
3. In the Anti-spam list, you will see a link for Ad Blocking. Click this
link.
4. You will see a button on the right to turn off the ad blocking. Click
the button to turn this off.
5. Close the Norton Internet Security software and go back to the ad or
your ads.
6. Click the refresh button on your web browser. Your should now be able
to view the ads.

Q. How do I remove my Ad from the Shopping Cart?
A. To remove your
ad from the shopping cart, check the box with the 'X' located next to the
ad. This will remove the ad from the shopping cart. |
