In order
for you to take us up on this offer and receive a refund, the ad(s) MUST
meet the follow criteria:
- You must be a
new user.
- The ad(s) must
contain a written description of the property in the property description
field.
- There must be at least
one photograph on the ad(s) that shows the exterior of the property.
- The contact phone
number and email address listed in the contact section of the ad(s)
must be accurate.
- The property information
must be filled in and correct and the property/ad(s) must be listed
in the correct section. i.e. address, city, state, metro area, and property
type.
- Requests for refunds
must be made, in writing via email to our customer
service department, 5 days before or 5 days after the expiration
of the ad(s).
Under
the satisfaction guarantee, we will refund the charges for up to 5 ads.
If the ad(s) meet the requirements above, a refund will be issued within
5 business days of the date of request for refund only to the credit card
that was used to make the charge.
Other
Refunds
We will
review requests for refunds and, at our discretion, issue a refund within
5 business days of the refund request. Requests for refunds must be made
within 90 days of the date the ad(s) was placed. Any and all refund requests
should be in writing and sent via email to our customer
service department. |
