Q: Do I need to register?
A: No you do not need to register. Our site is free to
use for prospective tenants. We charge Landlords a fee to advertise. |

Q: Do I have to give my name or email address to use your site?
A: No. Our site is easy to use and you don't have to register.
You contact the landlord directly. We do not collect any of your information
and do not bother you with unsolicited emails. If you do use the Reply To
Ad form on an ad to send the Landlord an email, you will need to enter your
email address to send that form. Read our Privacy
Policy for more information. |

Q: How do I search for properties?
A: A Search link is located at
the top of all of our pages. Just put in the criteria you need. The less
information that you enter, the more results that you will see. |

Q: What if I am not finding properties in my search?
A. If you're not finding any property matching the search criteria you
entered, it's possible you are being too specific with your search criteria
and the exact combination of what you're looking for simply can't be found
in our listings. We suggest you start with broader search criteria and
then narrow your choices from there.
If you still are not finding
any properties in your area, it could be that we don't currently have
any listings in your area. OfficeSearchOnline.com is a paid advertisement
placement service. If no one in your area has paid to place an ad, then
there will not be any listings. |

Q: Does OfficeSearchOnline.com cover my area?
A. Yes, we cover every state, metro area, city and town in the United States. |

Q: Who do I contact if I am interested in an ad on your site?
A: On the top right side of the ad is the landlord's contact information.
There may be a phone number listed and there is a Reply to Ad link where
you can send an email directly to the landlord. We are only the advertising
service, not the landlord. |

Q: Are your ads current?
A: Yes. Our ads are some of the most current ads on the internet because
they run for 60 days and then either are renewed or they expire and are
removed from the current listings. |
